CASE STUDY: Mercy Career & Technical High School, Your Prayers Have Been Answered

Non-Profit & Education

THE BRIEF

For generations, Mercy Career & Technical High School thought of themselves as the city of Philadelphia’s “best kept secret,” which had earned them a stellar reputation but a limited reach for donors and enrollment. The school asked us to help change their image from something that was hidden, to a bold expression of their deep desire to change the future for young people.

THE SOLUTION

We employed a middle-out approach to help the administration and teachers get behind core messages that could be simply stated, easily understood, and communicated in a variety of mediums. This message was further echoed in public relations stories that brought members of the corporate community together with the school in addition to paid media in out of home and print vendors across the city of Philadelphia. Included in this campaign was a video series that highlighted (7) of their educational disciplines, and an overview video which was used during fundraising events.

INTEGRATED ADVERTISING

In order to spread the message far & wide, we implemented a strategic program of outdoor advertising spots and trade publication print advertising to attract the target demographics.

PRIVATE RELATIONS

Combined with public relations stories, we provided business development in the form of arranging meetings with potential high level funding partners.

VIDEO
PRODUCTION

With our efficient operations, we were able to capture over (20) interviews in two days to produce (8) total videos that the client used for several years generating results.

Watch the Video Series

"Kristen, Matt and their film crew were very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job capturing what Mercy CTE is all about. I would work with them again!"
